  • Maintain good posture. Poor posture can lead to injuries. If you begin to lose your posture, stop the exercise and fix your position.
  • Always warm up. Cold muscle groups are far more likely to get injured.
  • Always stretch. It is important streach both before and after strenuous exercise.
